Elleme

Parisian brand Elleme was founded by Jingjing Fan in 2015. The brand’s name is derived from the words ‘elle aime’, which is French for ‘she loves’, and the label aims to design pieces that celebrate women and their individuality. Launching with a collection of bags, the label has since expanded to also produce a line of shoes. Under both collections lies the core principle of designing simple and timeless pieces that complement any outfit and fit seamlessly into any wardrobe. The streets of Paris, travels to other countries, and vintage stores all inspire Jingjing Fan’s covetable designs.

With Paris as a big influence for Elleme designs, of course their bags and shoes are effortlessly chic. Modern and uncomplicated, Elleme collections have a high-fashion appeal for their simple yet considered design. While easy to wear, Elleme bags encompass structured detailing, creating interesting shapes which feel contemporary and classic at the same time. In neutral tones that work for any season in any year, bags can be found in sumptuous soft leather, vintage-inspired raffia and statement shearling. The label became known for their ‘Raisin’ bag, though other styles such as the ‘Baguette’ and the ‘Dimple’ have proved extremely popular too.

Elleme shoes provide the same laid-back, cool aesthetic as the brand’s bags, with wearable yet fashionable designs for the everyday. Buttery leather sandals, classic black boots and tie-detail heels provide every style needed for the modern woman. The label produces shoes that are realistic yet undoubtedly stylish, making Elleme footwear an easy choice for any occasion. From bags to shoes, an aesthetic of easy luxury is produced, showcasing tasteful yet fashion-forward style.

Two Elleme boutiques are located in Paris, with another in Shanghai. Their collections can also be found online through the label’s online store, as well as through Farfetch, Harvey Nichols and My Theresa
