Frey Wille

Viennese jewellery brand Frey Wille was founded in 1951 by Michaela Frey. The label is known for its fire enamel ornamentation, created by the founder during the 1960’s and still central to the brand to this day. Originally, the company was named ‘Michaela Frey Emaillemanufaktur’, though the business grew quickly and by the 1970’s, Frey needed a business partner. Dr. Friedrich Wille began directing the company in legal and financial matters, allowing Frey to focus on the artistic side of things. From here on out, the brand was named Frey Wille, and expansion throughout the world began.

Simone Grünberger-Wille is the Creative Director of Frey Wille today, continuing the intricate and impressive enamel designs that the label is renowned for. Many collections from Frey Wille are based on the works of iconic artists of the 19th and 20th centuries, with the brand producing designs inspired by Gustav Klimt, Monet, Van Gogh and many more. Beautiful enamel patterns adorn watches, bangles, necklaces and earrings to celebrate the works of these famed artists. Bold colours are met with striking gold to produce timeless and refined jewellery which has a distinctive and interesting aesthetic. Expert craftsmen and artisans utilise the knowledge of the label to create exceptional jewellery, watches and scarves which will be cherished for generations.
