Husband and wife duo Pietro Negra and Cristina Rubini founded their womenswear label, Pinko, in 1985. Looking to create a wardrobe perfect for the modern, fashionable woman, Pinko has seen success for decades, now welcoming the daughters of the founders into the company. Cecilia and Caterina both work for the brand, with the latter standing as current Creative Director.
Known for their contemporary, eclectic aesthetic, Pinko offers clothing, bags and accessories for women. Their collections feature vibrant colour palettes and patterns, ranging from bold animal prints to timeless florals. Each design is wearable and versatile, with pieces translating perfectly from day to night, taking inspiration from trends and translating them into timeless designs. Large denim ranges offer something for everyone, from skinny and straight legs to vintage-inspired flares. Jeans are perfectly paired with effortlessly glamorous tops, featuring flattering cuts, lace detailing and metallic finishes. Satin camis, embellished mini dresses and everyday knitwear highlight the diversity of Pinko collections, creating pieces for an evening out as well as designs for the everyday.
With stores found across the world from London to Beijing to New York, Pinko collections are widely accessible. Their designs are also available online, through the label’s own site and via Selfridges and Farfetch.
