Italian luxury swimwear brand Reina Olga was founded in 2014 by sisters Guia and Isotta Cleps. The title of the label comes from the names of the founders’ grandmothers, whose love for leopard print served as inspiration for the brand’s confident pattern use throughout collections.
Produced in Italy from high-quality and locally-sourced materials, Reina Olga is known for their playful and glamorous aesthetic. Bright colours, vivid patterns and daring silhouettes meet to create bold, head-turning swimwear. From neons to pastels, and animal prints to tie-dye, each design is eye-catching and lively. Drama is created through striking shapes, seen in deep cut-outs, criss-cross ties, scoop necks and high-leg cuts. Signature Scrunch swimsuits have a retro appeal, crafted from super stretchy crinkle fabric which adapts well to any shape. Multicoloured triangle bikini tops are embellished with crystals, while florals and zebra print feature across classic shapes and wrap-around swimsuits.
A recent collaboration with supermodel Behati Prinsloo sees the creation of Behati x Reina Olga, an exclusive collection of three bikinis, two swimsuits and one beach skirt. Proceeds from this collection will go towards the Save the Rhino Trust Namibia– a cause close to Behati‘s heart. Signature bold designs and silhouettes feature throughout this line, as well as new giraffe and botanical prints which evoke an instant holiday appeal.
