Rotate Birger Christensen

Founded by Danish influencers Jeanette Madsen and Thora Valdimarsdottir, Rotate was launched in collaboration with the Copenhagen-based concept store, Birger Christensen. The two founders established their womenswear label after realising that their own wardrobes lacked the fun, spirited party attire which they were looking for. With this, Rotate Birger Christensen was launched in 2018, offering lively collections for lively occasions.

Rotate is best known for their mini dresses, which often channel an ‘80’s-inspired aesthetic. Bold, retro prints meet vibrant colours and sumptuous satin fabrics for a glamorous and party-ready feel. Ruching and ruffles feature throughout collections, often complimented by shoulder pads, bows and crystal embellishments. Confident and daring in design, Rotate is glitzy and exciting, from sequined skirts and velvet shorts to puff sleeve dresses and oversize blazers. Whether looking for designs for the evening such as sleeveless dresses and glittery co-ords, or daytime styles such as floral dresses and tailored trousers, Rotate Birger Christensen offers unparalleled drama and glamour no matter the occasion.

For a truly off-duty look, Rotate also offers luxurious loungewear from their Rotate Sunday collection. Just as Sundays inspire ultimate relaxation, this collection offers laid-back essentials with a contemporary aesthetic. Minimalist design is used across t-shirts, cycling shorts, joggers and caps, featuring bold logos and neutral tones. Sleek and modern, Rotate Sunday provides everything needed for an effortless everyday uniform.

Available through the Rotate Birger Christensen online store, collections from the brand can also be accessed via stockists such as Net-a-Porter, Selfridges and My Theresa.
