Strathberry

Co-founders Guy and Leeanne Hundleby were inspired to launch their luxury bag and accessories label after a holiday to Spain where they encountered beautiful leather goods created by talented artisans. With this inspiration on the mind, in 2013 the husband and wife duo established Strathberry of Scotland, producing leather goods and more. Named to give a nod to the label’s Scottish heritage, the title emerges from ‘Strath’, which means river valley in Scots, and ‘berry’, because berries used to be used to dye Scottish fabrics. In 2015, the company relaunched as Strathberry, with the co-founders also working as co-creative directors to produce collections designed with the modern woman in mind.

Producing luxury bags and accessories, Strathberry offers everything from the signature Strathberry Tote to purses, notebooks and scarves. As the label was inspired by a trip to Spain, this is honoured in the craftsmanship of Strathberry bags to this day. All designs from Strathberry are handcrafted in Spain by expert artisans, using fine Spanish leathers. All materials are ethically sourced and one design from Strathberry takes a minimum of 20 hours to complete.

High quality production is combined with clean and modern designs to create the Strathberry aesthetic. Their bags are timeless, fusing minimalist elements with considered details. Top-handle bags, crossbody styles and clutches are offered in neutral shades, brights and sumptuous jewel tones, often featuring embossed leather, snake prints, woven details and gold hardware accents. Stunning prints feature across cashmere and silk scarves, while purses are sophisticated and practical. Across all collections, Strathberry is luxurious and impressive, designed to last and be adored for years to come.

With stores in Edinburgh, London and Singapore, Strathberry collections can also be found online through the brand’s website.
